In many of the more traditional Linux server workloads the DDR5-4800 vs. DDR5-6400 performance on Threadripper 9000 series was quite close.

In the case of the Nginx HTTPS web server, DDR5-6400 paid off for the Threadripper 9980X with 64 cores but not so for the 32-core Threadripper 9970X.
