When moving over to the four-thread FS-Mark benchmark, XFS remained in the lead followed by Btfs.

In the final FS_Mark test, it was a toss-up between Btrfs and XFS.

With Dbench was another win for XFS on this Western Digital Black HDD.

Lastly, for the CompileBench initial create test, it was a race between XFS and EXT4.

For these single-disk file-system tests with the Western Digital Black 1TB WD1003FZEX, XFS was the winner of the most tests for this simple benchmarking roundabout. Coming up shortly will be some Linux RAID tests with four of these Western Digital Black hard drives.
