Ubuntu 21.04 Enjoys Better Performance But Still No Match To Intel's Clear Linux

In some workloads the performance differences are much more subtle but at least with 21.04 coming out ahead of 20.10.
Overall, Ubuntu 21.04 performance-wise is a nice upgrade over Ubuntu 20.10 at least with the x86_64 hardware we have tested so far.
