Counter-Strike 2 was running faster on Ubuntu 26.04 with the GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card while the RTX 5080 saw no change in performance out of this upcoming Ubuntu release.
With DiRT Rally 2.0 via Steam Play there was no real performance difference between the Ubuntu releases tested on this same hardware.
Meanwhile when it came to the older Batman Arkham Knight game on Steam Play, the GeForce RTX 5090 was again showing some performance benefits to Ubuntu 26.04 while the RTX 5080 performance was unchanged.
