OpenVINO also employs AVX-512 very effectively and was able to help increase the AI performance for these desktop CPUs. With OpenVINO for some of the test cases the AVX-512 performance on the Intel Core i9 11900K regressed due to the power/thermal impact. Meanwhile the Ryzen 7 7700X was consistently delivering better results with AVX-512 left enabled.
