Another beneficiary to the AVX-512 was the Mobile Neural Network (MNN) software from Alibaba.
During the MNN benchmarking the Core i9 11900K power consumption increased by 13% while the Ryzen 7 7700X power consumption did not increase.
it was a similar story with Tencent's NCNN too.
