Trying Out Unity 8 + Mir On Ubuntu 17.04

For some X-based programs, they simply wouldn't load yet on Unity 8 + Mir... Many programs like Firefox, Thunderbird, etc, had never loaded. At least with the default Zesty packages.
When trying to launch GIMP, Unity 8 or Mir simply crashed and restarted the session.
LibreOffice at least fired up.
The GNOME Terminal wasn't firing up, but the Ubuntu Terminal app had worked. Interestingly, you need to type the user password to simply gain terminal user access.
