Born from the mind of visionary jazz legend Stanley Clarke and inspired by the rich legacy of festivals from Montreux to Monterey, the Santa Monica International Jazz Festival emerges as a new force for the celebration and advancement of jazz. The inaugural festival promises world-renowned headlining performances, star-studded tributes to jazz legends, and multiple stages for emerging talent.

FAQ
The May 3 Jazz Sunday event will take place in the 1300 block of the Promenade between Arizona and Santa Monica Blvd.
No, admission to the Promenade gig is absolutely free of charge
BroadStage is located at 1310 11th St., Santa Monica, CA 90401. Free parking is available in the lot directly in front of the theater at a limited capacity. There is also metered and street parking on the streets around the theater; please read the posted signs carefully for restrictions. To learn more about BroadStage, visit https://broadstage.org/
Entry: The main entrance is on Main St. just north of Olympic Dr. Gates will open at noon on May 9
Re-Entry Policy: In and outs are permitted at the Tongva Park event
Bag Policy: Bags will be subject to search upon entry

Food and beverages will be available for purchase. We will have several food trucks and vendors as well as bar service at the show.
Patrons are welcome to bring their own food, but coolers are not permitted.

This is a general admission festival environment, with a large open-air amphitheater and a mix of standing and seated areas throughout the park. You are encouraged to bring a blanket or a low back lawn chair, beach chair, or backjack (27 inches total height or shorter) for comfort while enjoying performances on the elevated main stage. Picnic tables, benches, and shaded areas are available throughout the park on a first-come, first-served basis. ADA seating is also available.
Guests with VIP passes will have access to three designated VIP sections: (1) the TELACU Overlook VIP Lounge, (2) a front of the stage standing section, and (3) an elevated section with limited amphitheater seating.
Please note that seating in all sections is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
