Brad Stewart

CEO

Brad Stewart is a seasoned CEO, Executive Chair, and Senior Advisor with deep experience leading technology and services companies through strategic transformations. He currently serves as Senior Advisor at Sixth Street and Executive Chairman at Pushpay. Previously, he was CEO of Fair Technologies, guiding its pivot and sale, and Chairman & CEO of XOJet, where he drove a turnaround, quadrupled revenue, and achieved a record-value sale. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Parthenon Capital and McKinsey & Company. Stewart earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSB in Corporate Finance from the University of Minnesota. He lives in San Francisco with his partner and two children.

Kapil Agrawal

Chief Financial Officer

Kapil Agrawal is the Chief Financial Officer at SnapLogic, where he leads Finance and drives the company’s transformation, operational efficiency, and long-term strategy. He previously served as CFO of Poshmark, guiding the company through its IPO, and as CFO of Outschool, where he returned the business to growth and strengthened margins. Earlier, he held operating leadership roles at Uber across pricing, marketplace strategy, and international expansion. Kapil began his career in consulting, holds an engineering degree from IIT Bombay, and earned his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.

Jeremiah Stone

Chief Technology Officer

Jeremiah Stone is the CTO at SnapLogic, where he leads product strategy and is responsible for guiding the development and future direction of the SnapLogic platform. Stone is an experienced builder of advanced technology products that leverage the full power of AI to solve real business problems. Prior to joining SnapLogic, Stone was the CTO at healthcare technology company Ontrak, and before that held senior leadership roles at GE and SAP. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado’s mathematics program and more recently completed his Master’s in data science at the University of California, Berkeley.

Vaikom Krishnan

Chief Product Officer

Vaikom Krishnan is the CPO at SnapLogic, where he is responsible for product development and operations. He brings more than 20 years of experience developing enterprise software to manage data, both on-premises and in the cloud. He is the former vice president of development and operations at Informatica, and previously held director of engineering positions at Celequest and Asera, the first commercial platform-as-a-service for building composite applications. Krishan has a Master’s in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Dayle Hall

Chief Marketing Officer

Dayle Hall is the CMO at SnapLogic, where he is responsible for leading the company’s marketing organization, developing go to market strategy, creating product marketing differentiation, and building the demand generation function. Hall is a seasoned marketing leader, bringing over 20 years’ experience in building and leading high-performance marketing teams. He previously worked at People.ai, where he built marketing from the ground up, and Lithium Tech, where he grew the company and market position. Previously, he built his comprehensive marketing skill set through experience across many marketing functions and disciplines at Aruba Networks, Cisco and Oracle. He holds a Business Information Studies degree from Teesside University.

Cassie Capano

Chief People Officer

Cassie Capano is the Chief People Officer at SnapLogic, where she leads people operations, human resources, and recruiting efforts. She has 20 years of HR experience, leading people operations with a focus on building processes and programs to scale companies globally and through IPO. Previously, Capano led People Operations at Eat Just, a food technology company, after leading a team focused on HR technology, compliance, and total rewards at Lending Club. Prior to that, Capano managed the employee benefits and immigration program at Lucasfilm. She is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership.

Anjana Harnoor Kashyap

Chief Customer Officer

Anjana Harnoor Kashyap is the Chief Customer Officer at SnapLogic, where she ensures the ideal Customer Experience. Through two and a half decades of Engineering Management experience, she has built a deep understanding of customer needs. Before SnapLogic, she worked at ModelN for 9 years, where she built the Engineering Services team from the ground up. Prior to that, she led engineering teams at @TheMoment and Informatica. She has a Master’s degree in Applied Math & Statistics from State University of New York, Stony Brook.

Doug Merrill

SVP and General Manager, America Sales

Doug Merrill is a strategic, performance-driven sales executive with 15+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS organizations through hypergrowth and transformation. As Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Americas at SnapLogic, he oversees regional go-to-market strategy and sales execution, helping enterprises modernize data ecosystems, leverage AI-powered automation, and accelerate digital transformation. Known for building high-performing teams and developing future leaders, Doug pairs strategic vision with a servant-minded leadership style that fosters accountability, curiosity, and shared success. He has consistently delivered record-breaking revenue results at companies including Boomi, SecureAuth, and Quest Software.

Nick Pike

SVP and General Manager, EMEA Sales

Nick Pike is SVP and General Manager, EMEA at SnapLogic. A seasoned technology leader with more than 25 years of experience, Nick was previously VP EMEA Enterprise at NewRelic, during IPO period, VP Northern Europe at OutSytems and CRO at Vizibl. Nick is passionate about helping enterprises transform their business processes leveraging cloud and AI to connect people, data, and systems. At SnapLogic, he drives the International strategy to help organisations harness the power of automation and AI-driven orchestration to scale faster and innovate with confidence. Nick earned his MBA from London Business School and holds a BEng in Structural Engineering from the University of Bath.

Molly Matthews

President

Molly is the President of SnapLogic, overseeing end-to-end transformation initiatives. Drawing on her prior experiences as CEO, Chief Customer Officer (CCO), and Executive Director she streamlines global processes, accelerates agility, and prepares the company for hyper-growth in the generative integration market. Molly joined SnapLogic after a distinguished SaaS career, notably as CEO of Pushpay. As CEO, she architected large-scale M&A, scaled global teams and drove market leadership through organic and inorganic growth. She is an active board member, investor and proud graduate of the University of Oregon. Molly lives outside of Seattle with her husband and two daughters.

Theresa Geraghty is the VP of Product Marketing and Head of Strategy at SnapLogic, where she leads global GTM strategy, product positioning, market intelligence, and strategic growth initiatives. A seasoned executive known for building high-performing teams, she has a proven track record of scaling revenue growth across multibillion-dollar SaaS portfolios. Theresa previously held global product marketing leadership roles at Atlassian and for the $1B+ POS suite at Square. Earlier in her career, she drove growth through senior leadership roles at Adobe, GoDaddy, and Intuit. She holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
