First update or upgrade your Fedora Linux software package index using following dnf command.

Next, install and enable official Adobe Yum repositories on Fedora Linux using following rpm command.

Installing Adobe Flash Player in Fedora Linux

Once the Adobe Yum repository installed, you can proceed further to install Adobe Flash player together with its dependencies using following command.

$ sudo dnf install flash-plugin alsa-plugins-pulseaudio libcurl

Restart your Firefox web browser and type about:plugins on address bar to verify the Adobe Flash Plugin as shown.
