You can track the progress of your Reward using the Rewards
dashboard. The following steps will take place:
Not Activated
This is the status of the Reward before the purchase is
completed. Once a Reward has been clicked, we will then verify
whether a transaction has been made. This step can take up to
48 hours.
To ensure verification can be completed you’ll need to make sure
you click through to the retailer’s website from the offer pop-up.
Any Rewards you’ve clicked on will be displayed on your Rewards
dashboard.
Activated
Your status will change to ‘Activated’ once we’ve confirmed your
purchase has taken place and has not been cancelled.
Approved
Your Reward will change to 'Approved' as soon as the cancellation
and returns windows have passed. This typically takes
7-90 days depending on the retailer's
cancellation and returns policy.
Any bookings for travel or services will only be approved once
the booking has been fulfilled or the departure date of travel has
passed.
Once approved, you will have 30 days to request
your gift card.
Available
Once an offer is 'Available', you're free to claim your
Reward.
You will have 30 days to claim your Reward
before the gift is 'Expired'.
Collected
At this point, you’ve received your digital gift card and it will
be available for you to view until the digital gift card
expires.
Expired
A Reward will show as Expired if the gift card has passed its
30-day claim date.
A Reward will show as Expired if the Reward has not been
activated within the promotional period for the offer.
Tracking Rewards via Email
We will also notify you via email when your Reward is in the
following status: Not Activated, Activated or Approved. In the
event your Reward is “Declined” we will also notify you via
email.
