Try and cancel an auto renew. I called 4 days before the auto renew kicked in, was told it would be processed. Then I was charged and after calling in was told I am only entitled to a 'partial' refund, still got charged the full domain registration cost.
Multiple calls and hours spent on hold to try and reverse.
Worst customer service ever!

Horrendous experience with GoDaddy support! Been with them over 20 years and when I upgraded my package I had bad issues with SSL.
Instead of helping they told me it was my fault and demanded more money to fix the issue.
As soon as I have the time to rebuild another website elsewhere I will be closing everything with them.
The representative helped me transfer my domain name to GoDaddy and arrange migration of my email accounts to GoDaddy. Very courteous and made the transfer easy.
