Nฤซno was terrific! I had a new domain, and had initially signed up for Microsoft email addresses, but wanted to change to Google Workspace instead. Nฤซno was able to remedy my issue in under a minute, and asked me to wait up to thirty minutes to complete the task on Google. He was efficient, polite, engaging and understanding. Great job!

Try and cancel an auto renew

Try and cancel an auto renew. I called 4 days before the auto renew kicked in, was told it would be processed. Then I was charged and after calling in was told I am only entitled to a 'partial' refund, still got charged the full domain registration cost.
Multiple calls and hours spent on hold to try and reverse.
Worst customer service ever!
