Thirdly, in a country where so many people aren’t conversant in English, is this really the right marketing? Fourthly, and most importantly, charisma has nothing to do with language and this campaign is dated by 9 years. Since it’s well evinced Modi has been able to convincingly win two massive elections with a major mandate. Lastly, how stupid, does one have to be, to think, anyone will take this campaign seriously?
