- Deeply saddened by the shocking assassination of Mr Shinzo Abe. He had high regard for India and Indian industry and was instrumental in developing our warm and close economic partnership.
- The loss of Mr Syamal Gupta, former Chairman, Tata Int'l is a personal loss to me & all my colleagues at CII. Mr Gupta was a leading light of Indian industry who worked for the betterment of India with all his passion.
