Survivors can still seek help through FEMA’s Alaska Call Center at 1-866-342-1699. Operating hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. A Yup’ik interpreter is available Thursdays from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
