Last week, @SecKennedy toured InnovAge in Thornton, Colorado, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) that helps seniors with complex health needs stay healthy, independent, and connected to their communities.
During the visit, the Secretary observed how -focused care—including medical services, therapy, nutrition, behavioral health, and social support—helps older Americans achieve better health outcomes and age with dignity in the place they most want to be: at home.
