More than 10 years after President Obama announced the DACA program, young people are still at risk of deportation. Dreamers have built and transformed our society, and we need to work together to provide a permanent, commonsense solution to their status. I’m proud to be a cosponsor of the American Dream and Promise Act, which provides a pathway to citizenship for Dreamers, and strongly encourage my colleagues to support this legislation.
