- Replying to @davenewworld_2This behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against our Community Guidelines. Our team has investigated this situation, and removed the Rider's access to the Uber platform.
- Replying to @insanerealityThis video is horrifying, and we are taking action. Weโve banned the driver and are in contact with the police and will assist them with any investigation.
- Replying to @FightHavenViolence of any kind is not tolerated on our platform. This horrifying incident occurred in June of 2022 and we have since banned the rider.
