Wow!!! I can't believe someone picked up on this. Only one other person till now has identified the sound, Gautham from Charan's music team. I had read about these group of scientists who went around capturing the last sounds of animals going extinct. I was incredibly moved when

It is one of the many frustrating shots of the film. We did close to 15 takes to get the timing of the waves rolling back to sync with @rakshitshetty leaving @rukminitweets's hand. Needless to say, me and @AdvaithaAmbara were beaming after getting it. Most satisfying. 😬😬

The sea waves dash the shore while Manu and Priya are united, rushing back to the sea as Manu leaves to find solace in the dream that never ends. One of the many peak shots in the movie 🤌. #SSESideB

I wrote this film 12 years ago. It's incredibly close to my heart. It's evolved a lot over time & after all these years, finally, I get to share this story with the rest of the world. Side A of #SSE will be out on 1st Sep & Side B of #SSE on Oct 20th. See you at the movies

Another brilliant metaphor is this scene where all the wall clocks behind Manu are not working but all the ones behind Surabhi are ticking. I think the director wanted to convey how Manu is stuck in time while surabhi's life moves ahead. Brilliant @hemanthrao11 #Ssesideb
