Watched 2 films in last 10 days which have been criticized for excessive violence on screen.I think both are justified in showing how the beast in man can rise anytime.More importantly,how in both cases fellow Indians let down their innocent brethren under pressure from higherups

Those were gentler times. Comedies were subtle,not loud. Comic actors were genteel. #Asrani made us smile in films of 1970s and 80s directed by #HrishikeshMukherjee(Chupke Chupke, Bawarchi, Abhimaan) #BasuChatterjee (Chhoti Si Baat) and #Gulzar(Mere Apne) to name a few films.
