I spent time at the #HongKongMuseumofHistory over the holiday and was surprised to see my @TorontoStar story about the island's return to China in 1997 mounted on its wall. What an honour to have one's work found inside a history museum 😃

If @TorontoStar didn't give me a chance in 1997, I would never have been able to tell all these stories about immigrants and refugees. Thanks for taking a chance on me and having the faith in newcomers' ability.
