Yapiko Animation is an animation company based in Paris and Tokyo.
Officially founded in 2012, although the idea had been brewing in the mind of its founder,
Eddie Mehong, for a few years. With his nine years of experience as an animator in Japan, he presented the original idea to his two partners,
Séverine Varlette, a production assistant, and Jean-Louis Vandestoc, an animator and director, who immediately agreed to join him.
Yapiko has also succeeded in providing its structure to foreign animators who wished to participate in Japanese productions.
