SEC IPO Filing Tracker β S-1, F-1 & 424B Prospectuses
Monitor the document trail of every U.S. IPO as it hits EDGAR β S-1 and F-1 registration statements when a company first files to go public, and 424B4 / 424B1 prospectuses when the deal prices. This tracker returns each filing as structured JSON: company name, ticker, form type, filed date, and a direct link to the document, over any lookback or date range you set. It's the filing-monitoring feed (not parsed deal terms): wire it into a registration-to-pricing watchlist, an IR-prospecting pipeline, or an F-1-only foreign-issuer monitor. For an upcoming-IPO calendar with lockup dates, pair it with the NexGenData IPO Tracker.
Built on EDGAR's filing index (efts.sec.gov) with an SEC-compliant User-Agent. Every record links straight back to the canonical document on sec.gov.
What this returns (and what it doesn't)
This actor returns filing metadata and the document link β company name, ticker, form type, filed date, accession number, and direct URLs. It does not parse the prospectus body, so it does not return offering price, share count, underwriters, or proceeds. Open the documentUrl to read those terms in the filing itself.
Use Cases
- IPO pipeline monitoring β catch S-1 / F-1 registrations as companies file to go public.
- Registration-to-pricing tracking β follow an issuer from S-1 to its 424B pricing prospectus.
- Foreign-issuer focus β filter to F-1 for non-U.S. companies listing in the U.S.
- IR / B2B prospecting β reach newly registering issuers early.
- Document archival β collect direct prospectus URLs across a date range.

FAQ
Which forms are tracked? 424B4, 424B1, S-1, and F-1 by default β override the forms field to track any EDGAR form set.
What's the difference between S-1 and 424B? S-1 (and F-1 for foreign issuers) is the registration statement filed to go public; a 424B prospectus is filed when the deal actually prices.
Does it return the offering price or underwriters? No β it returns filing metadata and the document link only. Open the documentUrl to read the deal terms in the prospectus.
Why do I need a User-Agent contact? SEC fair-access rules require requests to self-identify; pass your contact via userAgentContact.
How is this different from the IPO Tracker? This tracks the filing documents (S-1 / F-1 / 424B) as they appear on EDGAR; the IPO Tracker builds an upcoming-IPO calendar with lockup dates.
