Hi Swarnava,

I have tested this issue on the latest Firefox (44.0.2) release, latest Nightly (47.0a1) build and latest Aurora (46.0a2) build. In Firefox release when I played the video, this error appeared "Error #2035". I have also created a new profile and tested again, the video start playing without any error. But when I reopened Firefox again, the error appeared. 
In Nightly and Aurora the video start playing without any error, but if I disable e10s the same error appears and the video does not play.

In Beta 45 I'm seeing Flash trying to be used (but I have it disabled so it's failing), and in Nightly 47 Anthony is seeing a YouTube failing to load. Maybe the YouTube rewriting is failing?
