I have verified this task, and I can confirm the following:

• The browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.asrouter.providers.snippets, browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.feeds.snippets, and services.sync.prefs.sync.browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.feeds.snippets prefs are no longer displayed in the "about:config" page.
• The "Snippets" option is no longer displayed in the "about:preferences#home" page.
• The "snippets_local_testing" and the "snippets" message providers are no longer displayed in the "about:asrouter" page.
• The "snippet" templates are no longer displayed in the "about:config" asrouter page.

Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly 123.0a1 (Build ID: 20240121204046) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 14.1.1, and Ubuntu 22.04 x64.
