I am facing the below issue while scheduling an exam. After clicking the Submit button on the Transfer to Pearson VUE page, the following error/issue is encountered:

    I have exact same error message when I was trying to schedule an exam.

    "We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later. If this issue continues, please contact site support."

    I tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and even from Windows and Mac. Not a single method allowed me to transfer to Pearson VUE site.

    Can anyone from support assist this matter?

Hi Thomas,

I found the solution for this issue. In my case, the last time I tried to schedule the exam, the payment failed, which resulted in my account getting locked.

I reached out to the Pearson VUE team, and they have now unlocked my account. The issue is resolved from my side.

You can also try checking with them if you are facing the same issue.

    I checked with Pearson VUE team and they said my account is fine and not locked. They mentioned the issue may come from Microsoft Credential and they suggested me to reach out to them.

    I am able to log in to my Pearson VUE account manually without any issues, so I don't think the problem is related to the account access issue you mentioned.
