I have already verified and logged in using both my work and personal Microsoft accounts, but the certification is still not showing.

Please help sync my certification with my Microsoft Learn profile.

Exams are not certifications. The AZ-400 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator or Azure Developer Associate certification.

I already hold another certification (Azure Administrator - AZ-104)

      1. Is the Azure Administrator certification on the same Learn profile as the AZ-305 exam?
      2. Has the Azure Administrator certification expired?
      3. Has the Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification previously expired?

AZ-400 is a certification exam, so a passed result should appear on the Microsoft Learn profile and Certification Dashboard under the account that was used to register the exam. When a passed exam or certification is missing, the supported steps are:

    1. Confirm the credential requirements
      • Verify that AZ-400 is the correct exam for the certification being expected and that all required exams for that certification are passed. Use the certification or exam details pages listed under Browse Credentials | Microsoft Learn.
    2. Confirm the correct Learn account
      • Ensure sign-in is to the same Microsoft account that was used when registering the AZ-400 exam with Pearson VUE.
      • If multiple Learn profiles or login accounts exist (for example, a personal Microsoft account and a work or school account), sign out of all accounts and then sign in to each one separately at the Learn profile to check for the certification:
      • Check which email is listed as the Contact Email in the Learn profile. The certification “congratulations” email is sent there; if that email’s profile does not show the certification, it may have been earned under a different profile.
      • Try logging into Learn using any other login accounts that might have been used to register the exam.
    3. Allow for processing time
      • For most exams, results appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab within 24 hours, but if the exam was very recent, wait up to that period and then recheck the profile.
    4. If the certification is still missing
      • Follow the official guidance for missing exams or certifications and contact Microsoft Credentials Support so the profiles and exam records can be investigated and linked correctly:
      • Provide the exam details (exam code AZ-400, date taken, Registration ID, and the email addresses used with Pearson VUE) and attach the Pearson VUE score report so support can sync the exam result with the correct Learn profile.

These steps are the supported path to have a passed AZ-400 exam correctly reflected on the Microsoft Certification Dashboard and transcript.
