Celebrationmancer is a cosmetic flair unlocked from the Luminous Night seasonal adventure within Minecraft Dungeons.
Celebrationmancer is unlocked at rank 43 of the adventure pass track of Luminous Night. Once unlocked, it can be equipped in the "Level Up Flairs" section of the cosmetic tab in the inventory.
Celebrationmancer is a level up flair, meaning it activates when the player levels up. Once activated, multiple green "necomancer-style blasts" rise from the ground. After a short duration the effects disappear. As is the case with all flairs, celebrationmancer's effects are purely cosmetic and have no other gameplay functionality.
