I propose that we should apply Wikipedia's manual of style about all-caps and avoid writing all-caps texts into all-caps when they only have stylistic function. We should normalize them to title case or sentence case as appropriate. There will be exceptions of course, acronyms, roman numerals, and quotations will remain the same.
We already do not follow official/stylized capitalizations, such as treating "enderman" as common nouns and we write "MINECRAFT" as "Minecraft" normally. Some uses of all-caps in the wiki appear awkward and inconsistent with our usual text formatting.
Some instances are the objective titles in Minecraft Dungeons mission pages. These titles are written in title case in the game files, but appear in all caps in-game only because the Minecraft Ten font stylizes lowercase letters as uppercase. The objectives sections of those pages clash with the formatting style the rest of the pages have.
