- Is this really needed? There hasn't been any cases in my time adminning this wiki where I've seen someone in recent changes come back a year or something after an indef block and grovel on their talk page for an unblock. If someone actually does that then sure, pinky promise you'll be good and I'll unblock. If this happened regularly then a policy page would be needed but this just doesn't happen.
