Story Mode talk:Wither storm disaster

In the story-mode-wiki channel on the Minecraft Wiki Discord server, it has been discussed that the name “reign of the Wither Storm” isn’t a good conjecture title for this page. Several replacements were discussed there, including “Wither Storm conflict”, “Wither Storm incident”, and “Wither Storm disaster”. So far, “Wither Storm disaster” is the one with the most support in addition to “disaster” being used in-game. I am bringing this discussion here for record purposes and to make the discussion less obscure.Drour1234 (talk) 04:18, 11 May 2025 (UTC)

Fair enough on the name, I didn't put too much thought into it since this is still just an early draft. "Wither Storm disaster" would probably be the most appropriate but I'd like some more input on the page itself, I want to be sure this properly covers the in-universe conflict (as in, how it affected characters) over just being for the story arc. Should the history section be split into "Prelude", "Events", and "Aftermath"? Background would mostly remain the same; prelude would detail Ivor confronting Gabriel and preparing to summon the wither storm; events would gather all information from the storm's summoning to its defeat; aftermath simply details the founding of the New Order and Beacontown, and possibly Jesse being noticed by Romeo. I would like to expand this article, thus why I'm asking before making any changes. 👁 Image

I'm also wondering if details within History/Events should be split into sub-sections such as "Search for Magnus", "Arrival at Soren's fortress", and "Storm's re-awakening". 👁 Image

Multiple sections are welcome, though make sure to focus on things directly caused by or related to the Wither Storm. This isn't supposed to be about the story arc in its entirety, events in other dimensions or character arcs can be sidestepped.
