I suggest splitting this page into parts because end flash is a different function.
In the History section of this article, it says in Bedrock Edition that "Preview 1.21.90.20 The End flash is now available without having to toggle the Vibrant Visuals experiment to turn Vibrant Visuals on." Though when I checked the actual changelog (https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/36030119254925-Minecraft-Beta-Preview-1-21-90-20), there were no mentions of "end" nor "flash" using ctrl+f.
To further back this up, I have personally fought and beat the Ender Dragon in the End without Vibrant Visuals in the 1.21.130 versions (before 26.0). I did not experience any end flashes in the end, even while going to an end city using a Happy Ghast in survival (without Vibrant Visuals as well). Upon having prior experience with Vibrant Visuals in the past few months, I can confirm I have experienced end flashes upon using Vibrant Visuals, but in other graphics modes such as fancy, I have not experienced any end flashes.
Therefore, whoever wrote "The End flash is now available without having to toggle the Vibrant Visuals experiment to turn Vibrant Visuals on." is clearly wrong and has likely not checked the change log themselves and assumed end flashes were added in fancy and simple graphics modes in Bedrock Edition like Java Edition (of which has end flashes in the fancy graphics settings).
Hope this can be corrected and not, NOT, mislead people into thinking Bedrock has end flashes like Java Edition in the fancy graphics mode. Thanks to whoever reads fully and not dismisses it as "false information". Have a nice day.
