This information is incorrect, at least in the 1.14.4 release of Minecraft. Boots put on armour stands enchanted with either Frost Walker 1 or 2 will do nothing to water surrounding it, even when moved via pistons. Invghost (talk) 01:18, 3 August 2019 (UTC)
