- That isn't the same version, that is actually Classic 0.0.23a 01 (remake), an online remake of 0.0.23a 01 created to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Minecraft. That is not to be confused with the original 0.0.23a. James Haydon (talk) 19:49, 14 May 2021 (UTC)

- The only classic version you can play in minecraft.net is the JavaScript remake version of 0.0.23a_01, although, original classic versions can still be played in other launchers, such as betacraft 185.100.244.169 21:18, 31 January 2025 (UTC)
