Anon users keep editing the crafting recipie to use netherite. So im thinking maybe have someone protect the page so only logged-in users can edit it? Just temporarily, until people get used to it.

Agree- This has happened more than a few times and it's annoying. Maybe we could display a banner in the edit page that says basically "Don't change the crafting recipe to netherite"- I don't know if that's possible. FutureThrone795 (talk) 03:17, 5 May 2025 (UTC)

I just added that. I just made "DO NOT" into "Do not" since its anon users, and they probably think they're helping and caps may come off as rude to some people :)

We're still semi-regularly receiving edits that change the iron ingot to netherite. The comment feature is small and cuts off the next, annoyingly. FutureThrone795 (talk) 05:20, 11 December 2025 (UTC)

Its not frequent enough to warrant semi protection. It would be different if it was multiple people, multiple times a day. There are enough actice editors that it gets dealt with 👁 Image
