Please do not revert edits without any explanation. That user's edits were indeed incorrect/unnecessary, but that user does not know that, we can only assume they wanted to improve the wiki. The only time a revert does not warrant explanation is when reverting clear vandalism. It will always be discouraging for the new user if their edits are reverted for, what they reasonably assume to be, no reason. - Harristic / Talk 👁 Image

Several of your edits created new lint errors that need to be fixed, such as this edit of yours. These edits blew up the counts within Special:LintErrors/stripped-tag and Special:LintErrors/missing-end-tag. When I went to bed last night, the "stripped tag" count was at 19 and the "missing end tag" was 158. Those numbers increased dramatically after the edits were made. I have granted you the autopatrol right. This doesn't affect your editing in any way. All it does is prevent your edits from appearing in lists of unpatrolled edits that need to be checked by a patroller. ~Anachronist (talk) 23:15, 21 November 2024 (UTC)

For future reference, the way to ping someone in an edit summary is: @[[User:<name>|<name>]] (templates do not work in edit summaries). Hello, I knew it but realized it not until I saw the redlink in recent changes. btw when fixing double redirects, be careful with hashes (part after # in URLs). See for example this when you removed the hash and I had to readd it (I've done it for three pages (the ones in my watchlist)). And I had a day (it's evening in +2) (and I'm wondering are the times correct in the list) 👁 Image

Hi! I have added you to the Patroller user role. This allows you to mark edits by non-autopatrolled users as patrolled, and have access to quick rollback of edits:

Marking edits patrolled

Doing so tells other patrollers and administrators that the edit has been reviewed and any problems with it (whether to do with its content, accuracy or formatting), have been fixed and no further action needs to be taken with it. If you're unsure about something, leave the edit unpatrolled so another patroller or admin can check it instead.

Rollback buton

You now have access to a new Rollback button. Clicking "rollback" will instantly rollback all of the last contributions to the page by a user. Please use the pencil icon next to this button to leave a reason for the reversion. Always leave a reason for your reversion, unless it is obvious vandalism/spam (don't bite the newcomers with your newfound powers!). If you can't use the rollback pencil (on mobile), use the undo button as normal instead of reverting a good faith edit without a reason.

I'm trying to get auto-patrolled User so i wanted to know how many total edits you had whenever you got auto-patrolled user so i can set a goal of edits i need to try and work towards. i'll just find pages that need help and help it if i can. :). I have come to request if you can comment MCW:ANB#Nominate for Autopatrol or Patroller since you are a Patroller and can give a valid vote.
