Talk:Torchflower Seeds

For some reason, Minecraft Wiki said that torchflower seeds are renewable, but this is wrong. Beside farming, the only way to get torchflower seeds is to get from sniffers, but on the sniffer page, they said: "Currently, sniffers can be spawned only by using a spawn egg or using commands.". Because sniffer spawn eggs and commands are un-accessable in Survival without cheats, you can't have sniffers in Survival. And because torchflower seeds and torchflowers can't spawn naturally, you can't get torchflower seeds and torchflowers in Survival without cheats. This means that torchflower seeds and torchflowers aren't renewable. 👁 Image

I have made edits so that torchflower seeds and torchflowers are correctly labelled as not renewable. However, I'd like to say that you could have made this edit yourself. HMPilatus (talk) 16:44, 11 March 2023 (UTC)

Regarding the probability a sniffer digs up torchflower seeds, I have been unable to find any information online. On the Sniffer Wiki page, under behavior, it describes there to be an equal chance of a sniffer digging up torchflower seeds as a pitcher pod. I'd like to be able to add the information to the this wiki, but I am unsure of the exact probability, as I have not found any sources online talking about it.
