Hi, a few weeks ago you created a bunch of redirects to Number Block, such as "Number 0", "> symbol" and "Greater Than symbol". I believe that these redirects are too vague to be useful and have proposed their deletion at Talk:Number Block, but I would like to know if the reason these redirects were created is because they are the in-game names of the block. –Sonicwave ^talk 18:53, 29 July 2022 (UTC)

Please do not move redirects to unrelated titles as a way to "repurpose" them into a new redirect. This bypasses the normal deletion process and prevents people from being able to contest the deletion of the original redirect. An example of this is Talk:Abandoned Badlands Mineshafts, where the deletion of "Abandoned mine" was contested but you had moved it to "Abandoned Badlands Mineshafts", which I believe is less useful than the original redirect. –Sonicwave ^talk 22:48, 13 August 2022 (UTC)

Please do not create redirects such as "8", "1", or "?", as these can be considered as too vague and ambiguous to qualify as a redirect. These have already been deleted.

Regarding the redirects that you have created, some users are concerned that you are making them just for the sake of it instead of being helpful for other users.

I kept editing the Fandom wiki for a while after we forked from it. Then they started reverting every mention of this wiki even when not linked, and I was spending too much time cleaning up vandalism. I still check in now and then, but I've pretty much given up on them. I have requested that Fandom delete an article or two that I wrote, and they did.

Brian180, bear in mind that everyone here considers the Fandom Minecraft wiki to be deprecated, no longer valid, not well-maintained, and lacking much detailed content. All the primary maintainers of the Fandom Minecraft wiki have moved here. When we forked, most of us were content to abandon Fandom. I stuck with it for a short while.

As such, your comment in the communithy portal about some user on Fandom isn't relevant here. This isn't Fandom, we have nothing to do with it, and all administrators like me and MarkusRost were defrocked of our admin rights on Fandom when we migrated our accounts here, so nothing you report is actionable by any of us. All you can do is report it on Fandom and let them deal with it. Well, it's depends on what do you mean by "still gonna edit". If you mean "to make an edit on the MC Fandom wiki", then yes, I will gonna randomly make only an edit on the MC Fandom wiki for every 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or whatever (at least according to my plans). But if you mean "to edit regularly on the MC Fandom wiki", then no, at first, my plan was to edit regularly on the MC Fandom wiki even after migration, but now I changed my mind.

Btw, if you're wondering why I'm kinda inactive to this wiki even after migration, well that's because I'm now have been on a Fandom wiki call "ZackDfilms Wiki" (which is obviously a wiki about a YouTuber called Zack D. Films) since yesterday now. I actively contributing and even trying to adopt that wiki. So that's why I not really active here, although I will still gonna edit this wiki in thew future (at least according to my current plans). 👁 Image

Okay, so someone made 3 accounts with the purpose of using my talk page to hate me and this wiki. And while I'm not sure if that guy was also created the anti-Minecraft Wiki or not, I would say that I'm actually fine with it, I had been hated a lot before. And you could literally hate me and this wiki whenever you want, you can trash talking on my talk page whenever you like, but it's useless since all of them will be reverted, and all of your accounts will be blocked, and I simply don't care.

Also, I want to point out that one of the accounts said Fandom and Weird Gloop should shut down this wiki, and that was just stupid, because Fandom does not own this wiki at all, and Weird Gloop helped created this wiki, and as far as I know, they absolutely love it. It's like telling a guy and a stranger to destroy that guy Lego set. 👁 Image
