Path blocks are missing

I dont know about Java Edition, but they are obtainable via Silk Touch in Bedrock Edition. 👁 Image

Path blocks are not added to the list due to being renewable, which does not fit the criteria in the introductory sentence:

"An unobtainable resource is a type of non-renewable resource." 👁 Image

Path blocks are unobtainable and aren't mentioned in the article.

Note: In bedrock edition they are obtainable using silk touch.
