Theo Village (γγͺζ, Teo-mura?) is the home village of Nico White, the protagonist of Minecraft: The Manga.[1]
Theo Village largely resembles a typical village, consisting of many small huts connected by a pathway. The village is built around a central mine, which takes the form of a large hole in the center, and has a fence (referred to as "walls" by the villagers) around the perimeter. Additionally, a single watch tower, consisting of a simple pillar with a ladder, stands near the entrance to the mine, from which the village and its surroundings can be viewed.
A thin staircase leads down into the mine itself, which has tunnels branching off from various positions and heights. The shallowest level of the mine contains only coal, with a few tunnels around the same height, but a ladder in the center of the mine leads down to deeper areas.
Nico White was born in Theo Village 10 years ago, to Icco and Erma White. Soon after, Icco left the village to become an adventurer.
Five years ago, Nico snuck out of the village to explore the surrounding area. He attempted to ride a creeper, barely making it off before it exploded, and was sent flying over the village's fence and back inside, to the rest of the villagers' horror.
Eventually, when he turned 10, Nico was permitted to join the rest of the villagers working in the mine. He, Bull Brown, and Luke Brown were tasked with working in the shallowest mine. However, Bull forgot to place torches, and a horde of zombies spawned in the mine, soon overwhelming them. The other villagers rushed in to help, but were overwhelmed themselves. Desperate, Nico awakened his Mod Power, allowing him to craft the Ultra-Long Stone Sword and defeat the zombies.
Later, with the mines cleared out once again, Nico decided to set out himself, just as his father had, and he left Theo Village.[1]
The village's single point of interest is the mine in its center, which also appears to employ nearly the entire village. Though it is unclear what minerals can be found in the mine, the shallowest level at least contains coal.
