I have to say, I agree! We should assume good faith. Your edits were perfectly explainable by the fact that you didn't know how the wiki worked. To me (just to me!) admins blocking you seems like them being just frustrated by the fact that you were clueless about the wiki. I also cite WP:BITE; the admins should arguably have been more patient. But, alas, the chance of administrators listening to me are low.
