Hello STARStories, thank you for performing some edits, and welcome to the Minecraft Wiki!

Here's a couple pointers to help you out on the wiki:

• If you need help with editing, help pages and the style guide may be of use.
• Make sure to read and follow the rules.
• You can find useful pages, wiki news, and tasks to do on the community portal.
• Ask questions about the wiki on the community portal talk page, and have bigger discussions on the wiki's forum. The wiki also has a Discord server you're welcome to join.
• You can join or create a community project at Minecraft Wiki:Projects.
• You can customize your user page if you like.
• Any issues that require an admin can be put on the admin noticeboard.

Also, when posting on a talk page via the editor, remember to add ~~~~ onto the end of your post to add your signature. When using the "reply" button, it will be automatically added for you.

Thank you so much for your appreciation! I have always wanted to edit/add things on wiki pages such as Wikipedia or Fandom, but there are always problems on the go. But, on the Minecraft Wiki, I can edit things freely without problems. Don't worry--I won't vandalize this wiki, because it's so well made. Anyways, another question: Can I add a link to my mod article on my user page? And also, can i make a page relating to my mod? If its a subpage/subpages of your userpage, you can! Please note that it can not, and will not, be linked in mainspace pages, even if they are relevant, due to the scope of the wiki and the notability guidelines. Have fun editing! 👁 Image

Oh, really? That's so cool! Well, I don't want my mod to be on the mainspace pages either, so that's okay. Hmm, do you have templates/tutorials to make custom sprites and renders, and all other things? Or a page is already dedicated to it? If so, I would like too see it! Thanks once again! You can create it by adding "/subpage name" to the end of the page name. For example "User:STARStories/Mod" 👁 Image

You see, I saw some of the other userpages containing navigation boxes that they wrote in source code only by writing their template name. For example:

{{Navbox randomguy}} creates his/her navbox. But, their navbox doesn't appear on the navbox template page. I was wondering how did they do that. STARStories () 13:43, 29 January 2026 (UTC)

What do you mean by template page? You can create your own navbox {{User:STARStories/Navbox}}. I don't think it will appear on other places if it's not manually put. 👁 Image

Hi, STARStories!

I'm really glad that you could help us expand the Indonesian translation project of the Minecraft Wiki.

I'm a beginner myself on editing wiki pages. I see that the linked Indonesian Minecraft Wiki Discord server on the help page no longer works. Do you have any idea about where did it went? Can you confirm that the server still exists?

If it no longer exists, I'm considering for us to make a new one. I hope that the Discord server can be used as a platform for us to discuss and expand the Indonesian Minecraft Wiki seriously, as currently, the progress has been slow.

After I looked at it again, I now realized that there doesn't seem like a separate Indonesian Minecraft Wiki server. Instead, there is an Indonesian channel on the Minecraft Wiki Discord server. If you haven't joined, I highly encourage you to join. We can use this as a platform for us to discuss the project even further and take it seriously.

First of all, sorry for the incredibly late reply. I haven't checked the Minecraft Wiki for ages because I'm too focused on editing Wikipedia.

Regarding your friend, yes, if you want, you can ask them to join there.

Also, do you still want to be part of this project? If yes, then I suppose we have some sort of communication. If Discord isn't possible, would you mind telling me what method works best?

Thank you for responding to my reply. Yes, I still want to be part of this project. For now, I haven't really think of what's the second plan because I can't use Discord. But, maybe I can suggest things.

First, we can use Gmail. But it is very slow and ineffective. Second, I can make a dedicated user talk subpage in this wiki exclusively for communication. Third, I can ask to Vinxx y (the friend) (which, is, new to the Minecraft Wiki, but he learns fast, understands Indonesian, and has Discord) to be sort of a 'bridge' between us. If you can suggest more things, I would like to know.
