The Bank carries out professional activities in the stock market - depository activities:

• depositary activity of the depositary institution (NSEC license series AE No. 263314 of September 17, 2013, the term of license is unlimited);
• activity on the custody of assets of joint investment institutions (NSEC license series AE No. 263315 of September 17, 2013, the term of license is unlimited).

Depositary institution PJSC "MTB BANK" is a member of the Central Depository (National Depository of Ukraine JSC), a depositary of the National Bank of Ukraine and a member of the Professional Association of Registrars and Depositaries.

The depository institution PJSC "MTB BANK" offers a full range of depository services for joint investment institutions.

The list of operations

• depository accounting of securities serviced by the depositary system, which are included in the assets of CIS, on securities accounts;
• Custody of CIS assets in the form of securities not serviced by the depositary system, as well as documents (copies of documents certified in accordance with the procedure established by law) confirming the ownership of СIS assets in other forms, in accordance with the procedure for servicing CIS assets;
• execution of orders (instructions) of the asset management company, if they do not contradict the legislation, the rules of CIS and / or the issue prospectus of CIS securities, regarding the requirements for the composition of CIS assets;
• control over the asset management company's activities concerning the procedure for calculating the value of net assets, placement and redemption of CIS securities, directions for using the benefits received on CIS assets;
• certificate notarization on the value of CIS net assets;
• providing information on the results of checking the accuracy of net assets value calculation performed by the asset management company to the supervisory board of a corporate investment fund or an asset management company of a mutual investment fund provided by the contract for the maintenance of СIS assets;
• implementation of other tasks assigned by law to a depository institution for servicing the institutions of joint investment (unit and corporate investment funds).
