8K may never be widespread. What's the point if it's hard to see a standalone pixel on 27" 4K monitors. And you'll have to use higher than 100% DPI scaling which generally works good but still breaks in some programs and games. I've personally experienced it, been using 15" laptop with 2560x1600 res at 150% DPI for some time.

That's not bad at all, I am using a 5080 and I have my game set to a locked 60 with zero dips.
The game runs fine on 5000 series cards and the game would only end up looking worse with DLSS and frame gen, this isn't a shooter where a higher frame rate helps, this is a beat'em up with counter timing visually presented to the player while the attack is choreographed by the enemy to make sure you know a hit is coming and can counter it, a higher frame rate won't help with that and making the game look worse would be pretty sad given this is one of the best looking PS4 era games out there and it still holds up to Spider Man 2 and other super hero games, hell it even has it's models ripped and modded into other games like cyberpunk and they still look good.
If they remaster it, AI ♥♥♥♥ will bulge in and it'll reset the entire narrative and example set by the legendary developer squad of all time. They handicrafted those assets. I hope you can live with the fact that the real batman will be replaced by slop.

And fyi, todays remasters are mostly fund raiders. Not actual remasters.
Arkham knight modded with DLSS, HDR, and better textures will probably outdo any official remaster.
