I never completed this game, and now I remember why
I remember dropping this game and leaving it at like 70% completion and I could not recall why.

And so I tried booting it back up and playing it some more, and after the third death screen where i'm being taunted I remembered why.

Because I don't care for playing a game that actively insults you for being bad at it.

Then you haven't been paying attention, It was a pretty big complain when the first game came out, to the point that people modded to remove the taunt scenes.

They're literally only there to cover up the loading screen.

That's always happened in every Arkham game all the way back to Asylum.

I love the Joker's taunts. I died in a stupid way and he said:"after everything I ever threw at you, THIS is how you die?!"

Yeah exactly! I love hearing the Jokers taunts, they make me laugh! I like the one where he says something like "someone get Batbaby up off the floor"! Even though that particular one was in Arkham Asylum. The funny lines paired with Mark Hamill's superb voice acting is pure gold. They make the load screens actually entertaining.

I think my favorite will always be Joker saying "Gotta be more careful Bats! There's two of us in there!"

you seriously stopped playing because a villain taunted you for failing?

my dude/girl, i dont know what kind of life you have but if that kind of stuff causes you such distress, i cant imagine what would you do in real life if someone is just slightly mean to you....
