Batman does NOT support illegal aliens replacing the native population of Gotham city nor does he support paying off student debt, and Batman also knows demographics pretty well and knows which group who commits the most violent crimes.

Batman stands for Law and Order. All ICE does is carry out the laws instituted by Congress which enables United States citizens to live in a law and order society.
Are all police officers perfect? No, every group has some bad apples and there are mechanisms within jurisdictions to address any officer who violates their oath.

There is no "native population" of Gotham city? If you did an ancestry test on all the inhabitants, the results you'd get would be all over various European and African communities that settled in the region a few hundred years ago.
I'm gonna take a wild guess and assume that you wouldn't consider the Africans that got there via slave trade 600 years ago native but you'd consider the Europeans that got there 300 years ago by immigration and settling native?
