We are thrilled to welcome guests from around the world to SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. To ensure that all guests can fully enjoy their experience, we require that you adhere to the following guidelines:
- To best appreciate SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, guests will want to fully experience the mirrored floors, walls and ceilings. All Guests must adhere to the SUMMIT One Vanderbilt dress code, including without limitation a shirt and footwear that will not damage mirrored floors (e.g., stiletto heels, steel-toed boots, etc.), and guests who are concerned about unwanted exposure as a result of the mirrored floors and ceilings are responsible for dressing in a manner to avoid such exposure.
- Climbing on any structure in the experience is strictly prohibited.
- Throwing any item over a wall, barrier or off SUMMIT One Vanderbilt, is dangerous and may constitute a felony. Throwing of any item is strictly prohibited and violators may be reported to law enforcement and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
- Guests are expected to treat one another as well as our teams with respect and courtesy.
- Provoking or engaging in any disruptive, threatening, disorderly, inappropriate, or boisterous behavior will not be permitted.
- Offensive, threatening or inflammatory language and messaging on apparel or items carried by guests are not permitted.
- Food and beverage must be consumed only within designated areas of the experience. Outside food and beverage will not be permitted.
- Please consume any alcoholic beverages responsibly. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any other substance will not be permitted, either indoors or in outdoor spaces.
- Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult throughout the experience.
- While we permit documented service animals and service animals in training, pets and βemotional supportβ animals are not permitted on the premises for the safety and well-being of all.
- Unauthorized performances, media events, leafletting, posting signs and/or the playing of music/videos or spoken word messages are prohibited.
- No protests or demonstrations of any kind are allowed anywhere in the interior public spaces of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt.
- Guests are welcome to take photos with a personal, hand-held device; however, please note the prohibited photographic items in our Prohibited Items Policy below as these may not be brought into the SUMMIT One Vanderbilt experience.
- Our teams take guest safety and security very seriously. Guests must follow team member instructions in the case of an emergency.
- For the safety and security of all, guests must comply with SUMMIT One Vanderbilt's Prohibited Items Policy (as set forth below).
