Find times to meet in Google Calendar

If someone shares their calendar with you, you can check their availability. You can also find times to meet.

Tip: If you have an eligible Google Workspace plan, you can use Gemini in Google Calendar to help you find a time to meet. .

Find a time when someone is available

Important: You can't add other people's calendars from the Calendar app. However, after you add the calendars from your computer, you can find them in the app.

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Calendar app.
  2. In the bottom right, tap Create 👁 and then
    Event.
  3. Tap Add people.
  4. Add guests to your event.
  5. Tap View schedules.

Learn what you need to find someone’s calendar

  • If the person’s calendar is shared publicly or within your organization, you can find their calendar.
  • If the person does not share their calendar with you, you can send them a request to share it. After they share their calendar, you get an email confirmation.
