Find times to meet in Google Calendar
If someone shares their calendar with you, you can check their availability. You can also find times to meet.
Tip: If you have an eligible Google Workspace plan, you can use Gemini in Google Calendar to help you find a time to meet. .
Find a time when someone is available
Important: You can't add other people's calendars from the Calendar app. However, after you add the calendars from your computer, you can find them in the app.
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Calendar app.
- In the bottom right, tap Create 👁 and then
Event. - Tap Add people.
- Add guests to your event.
- Tap View schedules.
Learn what you need to find someone’s calendar
- If the person’s calendar is shared publicly or within your organization, you can find their calendar.
- If the person does not share their calendar with you, you can send them a request to share it. After they share their calendar, you get an email confirmation.
- When people share their calendar, they can choose:
- The information others can find about their events.
- The permissions others have.
