Use your promotional codes
When you set up billing for your Smart campaign, you'll be able to redeem your promotional code. Google ensures to apply it when your account is eligible to receive the credit (per the terms and conditions of your offer).

- You’ll need to enter a payment method.
- If you want to use monthly invoicing, ensure to set up that setting before entering your code. Otherwise, your offer will be invalidated and the amount lost when you switch to invoicing.
- At the top right corner, select tools icon 👁 Google Ads | tools [Icon]
. - Select Billing & payments from the drop-down menu.
- On the "Billing & Payments Summary" page, select Promotions from the page menu.
- On the "Promotions" page, select the plus button 👁 Image
. - On the "Add a promotional code" window, enter a promotional code, and then select Apply.
Note: In case of a Billing transfer (for example, a change in account ownership), any active promotional credits will not be transferred or refunded. Your promotional credits will expire and will not be available for future use after the transfer is complete. You can continue to use them in the meantime.
You can view promotions associated with any past billing setup by selecting the past billing setup from the "Billing transfers" page and then navigating to the "Promotions" page.
