Save a drawing as a note
You can add drawings as notes in Google Keep. Create drawings from scratch, add drawings to existing notes, or draw on top of images.
Create a drawing
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Keep app π Google Keep
. - At the bottom, tap New drawing note π pen
. - Draw with your fingertip.
- To close the drawing, go to the top left and tap Back π Back
.
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Keep app π Google Keep
. - Tap the note you want to add a drawing to.
- At the bottom, tap Add π add
. - Tap Drawing.
- Draw with your fingertip.
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Keep app π Google Keep
. - If you havenβt yet, create a note, then add an image to it.
- Tap the note with the image you want to draw on.
- Tap the image.
- At the top right, tap the Pen π pen
. - Draw with your fingertip.
- To remove a drawing from an image, tap the Eraser π eraser
, then tap the drawing.
Edit your drawing
To edit your drawing, open the note and tap the drawing.
- Move the shape youβve drawn: Tap Select π select
, tap your drawing, then drag it. - Erase a shape: Tap the Eraser π eraser
, then tap the shape. - Draw thin lines: Tap the Pen π pen
.
- Draw thick lines: Tap the Marker π marker
. - Highlight: Tap the Highlighter π highlighter
.
To pick the color or size of the lines you draw, tap a tool twice.
Delete your drawing
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Keep app π Google Keep
. - Tap the note that has the drawing.
- Tap the drawing.
- In the top right, tap More π More
. - Tap Delete.
